Many spiritual traditions are based on the lineage concept, i.e. the teacher - student setup. I clearly feel my teacher inside me. It is that which constantly pushes me further, lets me explore new reals, and opens more doors. Instead of teachers, I have something like street signs. Those are the smart and/or wise guys who add momentum to my inner development with their specific topic.

After Fredmund Malik, Peter Drucker, Stafford Beer, Viktor Frankl, and Ken Wilber, I am currently discovering the wise man Eckhart Tolle and the the cool dude David Deida.

Watching Eckhart Tolle’s (german) DVD “In der Stille liegt die Wahrheit” feels like a transformative practice in itself. He talks about stillness, the now, the everpresent self, how boring and full of real excitement my life really is. He does it in a very applied ways by inviting the listener and viewer to feel his words’ meaning from within. Eckhart’s book “A new earth” has been recommended to me. I am listening to David Deida’s interviews and courses. He talks about masculine and feminine energies in all of us, about finding and holding a mate, about sexuality, relationships and our whole life. Already small amounts of his easy words helps me view everyday situations in a much clearer way.

Both Eckhart and David strike me with their great humour.
