not sneezing
Sometimes, I truly enjoy a loud, liberating sneeze. Other times, I enjoy even more the satisfaction of overcoming the deeply rooted sneezing reflex.
This is an exercise: when I am about to sneeze, I try to catch the very impulse to sneeze itself. The amazing thing is that if I concentrate on it well enough, I can catch it, and let go of it - and I don’t sneeze! Any distraction, be it in my mind or around me, makes me fail.

Just to make this one clear: I am not talking about that horrible suppressed sneeze, where I hit that energy into my lungs, but really about catching the sneezing reflex with my mind and making it thus disappear - before the sneeze. I could not imagine it before I experienced it the first time. good luck!

Okay, but what’s the big deal? I do this all the time! What you have to do is first delay the reflex, and then breathe a few times deeply and the reflex vanishes.
